There can be many reasons you're not receiving messages when sending a message through WhatsApp. Here are some common reasons:
1. WhatsApp API is sending us an error (could have to do with permissions)
2. The Voiceflow connection is not being established (Like with an incorrect API token)
3. Your business has been temporarily blocked from Meta (Generally this means you need to upload your ID through https://business.facebook.com)
Debugging
Here are some potential debugging steps:
Check integration logs
On FlowBridge, go to the integration logs and check if there is an error there. Most errors we get from the Meta API should appear there as well as some additional errors.
Check Voiceflow Transcript
Make sure that the message you sent from WhatsApp is showing up in the Voiceflow Transcripts, even if no message is returned from WhatsApp. If it does not show up in the transcripts, it's likely to do with an incorrect API token or set up of the Voiceflow Project on FlowBridge
Check Meta Business Platform
Go to https://business.facebook.com and make sure that the WhatsApp manager shows the correct information. The phone number should show 'Connected'. Follow the screenshots below

Check if the phone number is 'Connected'
